Entry-Level Project Manager

Job Description:

    Join our dynamic Project Management team where you'll play a crucial role in implementing software solutions that enhance patient care across healthcare organizations. This position requires you to be based on our campus in Madison, Wisconsin, with the possibility of relocation assistance provided. As an Entry-Level Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to travel across the United States and potentially abroad, leading software installations and supporting healthcare providers as they transition to our innovative systems. Your responsibilities will include presenting to hospital leadership, coordinating end-user training, and providing comprehensive support to ensure a seamless go-live experience. You don’t need prior software experience; we are looking for your project management skills and your passion for making a difference in healthcare.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing software implementation projects and ensuring they align with our clients' needs and expectations.:

    Lead software installation projects at various healthcare facilities;; Facilitate training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of the software;; Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the go-live phase;; Collaborate with hospital leadership to present project updates and outcomes;; Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project completion
