Job Description:
- Join our dynamic Sales Insights team as a Senior Data Analyst, where your expertise in data analysis will drive strategic decisions for our diverse health and wellness brands. In this pivotal role, you will harness the power of data to extract meaningful insights that influence business operations and brand development. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering, analyzing, and visualizing complex data sets, all while maintaining a keen focus on uncovering trends and identifying growth opportunities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights through sophisticated Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring that internal stakeholders receive accurate, consistent, and timely information. This role requires a proactive mindset, as you will be expected to generate hypotheses that lead to new insights and projects, continuously improving analytical techniques and toolsets to enhance problem-solving efficiency. You will also play a critical role in ensuring data security and compliance with organizational standards while providing training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will undertake the following key responsibilities::
- Develop and design interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI;; Collect, clean, and maintain complex data sets to support decision-making;; Collaborate with various teams to automate dashboards from multiple data sources;; Create and analyze diverse data methodologies to identify business opportunities;; Continuously enhance analytical techniques for improved problem-solving;; Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and data connectivity;; Stay current with the latest features and best practices in Power BI;; Train and support team members on using Power BI tools
