As a PMO Consultant, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing operational efficiency within our restaurants. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful implementation of new initiatives.:
- Assist in modifying support procedures for operational initiatives;; Participate in testing and validating the feasibility of new restaurant initiatives;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate recommendations;; Develop and manage detailed project plans and resources;; Implement and oversee multiple deployment projects;; Set project milestones and communicate timelines effectively;; Ensure alignment and engagement from all cross-functional stakeholders;; Address and resolve project-related issues as they arise;; Conduct follow-ups to ensure deliverables are met;; Perform post-project analysis to assess outcomes
