Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Supply Chain and Operations to lead and enhance a skilled team dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain and operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective production, with a particular focus on our facility in Latvia. You will be tasked with the further development and optimization of processes and tools, especially SAP Hana, to boost efficiency and transparency throughout the entire supply chain. Additionally, you will strategically select and consolidate European suppliers, negotiate contracts, and implement measures to achieve cost reductions. A key part of your role will also involve developing and executing a long-term category strategy in close collaboration with product development.

As the Director of Supply Chain and Operations, you will be expected to undertake the following responsibilities::
- Lead and develop a proficient team, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement.;; Oversee the entire supply chain and operations to guarantee efficient production processes.;; Enhance and optimize processes and tools, particularly SAP Hana, to improve efficiency and visibility.;; Select and consolidate suppliers across Europe, negotiate terms, and implement cost-reduction strategies.;; Collaborate closely with product development to create and execute a long-term category strategy.
