You will be responsible for configuring, installing, and maintaining CI/CD tools and platforms, developing and optimizing pipeline configurations, and automating various processes to ensure efficiency. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining the operational integrity of our Eligibility Supporting Technology applications across various environments, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning correctly. You will also provide triage support for environments, including on-call support during workdays and weekends, to uphold high availability for all users. This role demands a proactive approach in analyzing current technologies and proposing improvements to streamline code deployments while minimizing errors. Develop, monitor, and optimize batch jobs and operations;; Analyze current technology and develop plans for improvement and expansion;; Implement and enhance advanced CI/CD solutions;; Create, test, build, install, configure, and maintain IT solutions;; Document processes and procedures for ongoing operations;; Support production and non-production related activities and issues;; Provide enterprise-level solutions for existing automation while developing new solutions
