Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing collaboration between IT operations and development teams. This position involves the automation and streamlining of integration and deployment processes, ensuring a seamless alignment between business operations and IT. The successful candidate will develop, modify, and enhance continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) principles, install and configure CI/CD tools, maintain pipeline configurations, and automate various processes to improve efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing batch jobs and operations while ensuring that applications and services remain up to date across development, testing, training, and production environments. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently with minimal direction, utilize their judgment to achieve project goals, and offer environment triage support, including on-call support during nights and weekends as required.

- Develop, monitor, and optimize batch jobs and operations;; Analyze current technologies and develop improvement plans;; Implement and enhance CI/CD solutions;; Develop, code, test, and maintain IT solutions;; Propose improvements to streamline code deployments;; Utilize configuration management software for automated updates;; Document processes and procedures for future reference;; Support production and non-production activities and issues;; Coordinate releases and sprint-related activities
