UX/UI Designer

Job Description:

    As a UX/UI Designer, you will immerse yourself in user research to gather insights that inform design decisions. Your role will involve creating detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes that bring ideas to life while advocating for best practices in user-centered design. You will work closely with marketing teams to enhance the overall website experience. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and DevOps to design intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. Reporting directly to the Product and Implementation Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping the future of our platform, application, and website experience, contributing significantly to our success. This is a hybrid role based in Schaumburg, IL, and candidates must provide a robust UI/UX design portfolio alongside their resume.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at improving user experience across digital platforms.:

    Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design engaging web and mobile applications.;; Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behavior and identify areas for improvement.;; Iterate on designs using feedback from usability testing and stakeholder insights.;; Create and maintain comprehensive UX documentation including user journeys and design specifications.;; Work alongside product, engineering, and DevOps teams to establish UX/UI guidelines and assist marketing in website design and updates.
