Job Description:

As the Lead of AI-Products & Engineering, you will take on a pivotal role in guiding the development teams within the realms of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Innovation. You will cultivate a collaborative and innovative work environment, ensuring that teams consistently deliver exceptional results. Your responsibility will include developing and implementing best practices to maximize team efficiency and effectiveness. You will also play a key role in the professional growth of team members by providing regular training and constructive feedback. In alignment with the company’s strategic objectives, you will be tasked with shaping and executing the AI strategy for enercity. This involves identifying areas where AI can enhance business value, drive innovation, and improve operational efficiency. You will be instrumental in establishing a customer-focused approach throughout the development lifecycle, guaranteeing high-quality products and ongoing process improvements. This role requires you to proactively identify new opportunities within AI, analytics, and generative AI applications across the enercity group while evaluating and implementing new technologies to maintain competitiveness in the industry. Regular engagement with internal and external experts will be essential for assessing new technologies and trends. You will ensure that the deployment of AI technologies is thoroughly vetted and validated by IT security and data protection experts. Additionally, you will lead the establishment and development of a thriving AI community or Center of Excellence (CoE) to promote the sustainable adoption of AI technologies within enercity.

Qualifications:
