Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to manage and facilitate our Agile project teams. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the team through the Agile process, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members. You will play a key role in coordinating sprints, conducting retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups. Your expertise will help coach team members in Agile methodologies and foster an environment of continuous improvement. This position requires a proactive approach to managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring that all outputs meet high-quality standards. You will work closely with product owners to maintain backlogs and prioritize new requests, while also guiding development teams to enhance their Scrum maturity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Agile frameworks and a passion for helping teams succeed.

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading Agile teams to ensure successful project delivery.:
