In this position, you'll have the opportunity to travel throughout the United States, and potentially internationally, as you lead software installations and support healthcare providers as they transition to our innovative software. Your responsibilities will include presenting project plans and updates to hospital leadership, coordinating comprehensive end-user training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure a smooth go-live experience for our clients. You will be empowered to make decisions while receiving full support and guidance from your experienced team. No prior software experience is necessary, but a passion for improving healthcare through technology is essential.
