Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Site Reliability Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our infrastructure. In this role, you will provide essential support for various systems, including Microsoft Active Directory, Windows, and Linux servers, as well as Exchange Online and Microsoft 365. Your expertise in automating processes and integrations through Windows PowerShell will be crucial to our operations. You will analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex system issues, ensuring that our systems are available and efficient at all times. Additionally, you will assist in the evaluation of new and existing solutions, helping to identify their potential benefits and impacts on our organization. Collaboration with other team members will be vital as you help implement service and security improvements. You may be required to perform on-call duties or work scheduled hours outside of regular business times as needed.
