Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our expanding AI team. This role requires a creative individual who is adept at user-centered design principles and can translate complex project requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including product managers and developers, to understand the needs of the users and the goals of the business. The ideal candidate will have a robust portfolio showcasing their expertise in designing for AI applications or the energy sector. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and creating high-fidelity user interfaces that align with our brand's visual style. You will also be tasked with conducting usability testing to gather feedback and continuously improve your designs, while maintaining design systems and guidelines for consistency across projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that is focused on leveraging data to drive business value.

As a UI/UX Designer, your primary responsibilities will encompass collaborating with stakeholders, conducting user research, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, user testing, and maintaining design systems.:

Work collaboratively with the AI team to comprehend project requirements.;; Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather user insights.;; Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to convey design ideas.;; Design high-fidelity user interfaces using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.;; Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on user feedback.;; Develop and uphold design systems to ensure consistency across all projects.;; Collaborate with developers for successful implementation of designs.
