Jr Cyber Security Specialist
Job Description:
- We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Cyber Security Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our contract with the FDA, primarily working remotely with occasional onsite requirements in North Bethesda, Maryland. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough data analysis in line with the NIST SP 800 series standards and adhering to our organizational policies. You will engage with clients, showcasing strong customer service and interpersonal skills to foster effective communication. Additionally, you will handle corrective actions related to Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation and processes, and develop tailored training programs to cater to specific roles within the organization. As part of your duties, you will also conduct assessments related to Authorization and Assessment (A&A) standards, and monitor the status and tracking of Plans of Action and Milestones (POAM). This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to grow in the field of cybersecurity.
