Job Description:
- We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Project Manager to play a crucial role in supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency in Washington, DC. This position provides a unique opportunity to assist in managing various IT projects, ensuring that all aspects from planning to execution are handled efficiently. You will work closely with the government Program Manager to help develop project strategies, manage requirements, and provide acquisition support. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics, ensuring that documentation is meticulous and that the Integrated Master Schedule and deliverables are accurately tracked. Effective communication is key, as you will coordinate meetings, update stakeholders, and confirm project concepts to align with client needs. Your analytical skills will be essential in evaluating project requirements and managing funding and contract reports, contributing significantly to the success of mission-critical IT initiatives.

As a Junior IT Project Manager, you will assist in overseeing various project management activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.:
- Assist the Program Manager in planning and managing IT project requirements.;; Monitor project costs, schedules, and performance metrics to support project development.;; Ensure project documentation is accurate and that milestones and deliverables are tracked.;; Organize and facilitate team meetings, providing updates to stakeholders.;; Conduct performance analysis and assist in evaluating project requirements.
