Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Analyst to join our team in Irving, TX. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating cybersecurity risks, with a strong emphasis on automating and optimizing cybersecurity controls. You will utilize OneTrust's capabilities to evaluate the effectiveness of security controls while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks. Your expertise will be crucial in streamlining risk management processes. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of cybersecurity risk management and regulatory compliance, along with hands-on experience working with OneTrust or similar platforms. You will collaborate with various departments including business, IT, and security organizations to address identified risks and enhance compliance with mandated regulations and standards.

As a Cyber Security Analyst, your primary tasks will include managing cybersecurity controls, conducting compliance assessments, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance security measures.:
- Utilize OneTrust to automate and manage cybersecurity controls across the organization.;; Coordinate the management of the risk register and mitigation efforts.;; Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory of cybersecurity controls aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.;; Create assessment questionnaires and conduct compliance evaluations to identify and address control gaps.;; Generate reports and dashboards for senior leadership detailing risk status and control effectiveness.;; Document and maintain up-to-date policies and procedures related to cybersecurity risk management.
