Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Interaction Designer to join our dynamic team focused on enhancing user experiences on YouTube. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing intuitive and engaging interfaces that resonate with our diverse audience. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create user-centered designs that balance aesthetics and functionality. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will also stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs remain innovative and effective.

The Interaction Designer will be responsible for the following tasks::

Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions;; Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with technical feasibility;; Iterate on designs based on user testing and feedback;; Document design specifications and guidelines for implementation
