Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced UI Designer who will be a pivotal figure in shaping our design strategy. This role requires a profound understanding of user interface design principles and the ability to lead a team in creating visually compelling and user-friendly designs. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the UI design function, overseeing the creation of design deliverables, and ensuring the successful implementation of our design strategies.:

Lead the development and implementation of design strategies, including design guidelines and component libraries.;; Provide design leadership and guidance to the UI design team.;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centered and accessible design solutions.;; Engage with clients to understand their brand and design requirements.;; Oversee the creation of UI components, layouts, and prototypes.;; Participate in business development activities and maintain client relationships.;; Contribute to innovative design strategies and market presence.;; Stay updated with design trends and share insights with the team.;; Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards.
