Job Description:
- Join a dynamic and collaborative team as a Customer Success Manager where your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes using SAP Concur, through insightful industry knowledge and best practices. This position offers a unique opportunity to accompany clients on their journey with our solutions, enhancing their experience and satisfaction. You will develop comprehensive territory plans to engage clients throughout their lifecycle while maintaining an organized portfolio and effectively managing risks. Your success will be measured through client retention and revenue growth, as you prepare and deliver impactful business reviews that align with client goals. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our Sales teams to identify new sales opportunities, contribute to process improvements, and participate in organizational growth projects.

- Build and execute a territory plan to proactively engage clients;; Maintain a well-structured client portfolio while forecasting and managing risks;; Establish strong relationships through regular client meetings;; Prepare and present strategic business reviews tailored to client needs;; Achieve quarterly client retention and revenue objectives;; Articulate industry best practices alongside SAP Concur products;; Collaborate with Sales teams to uncover new sales opportunities;; Contribute to the development of processes and organizational growth initiatives
