Job Description:
- Join our dynamic team as an Information Security Analyst focused on Customer Trust. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our customers feel secure and confident in our services. You will be responsible for developing and managing a global customer assurance function that enhances trust throughout the sales lifecycle. This role requires you to engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders, showcasing our commitment to security, compliance, and privacy while aligning with industry best practices and legal requirements. You will be instrumental in creating and implementing strategies that address customer needs, improving our security posture, and fostering a culture of transparency and trust within our organization.

As an Information Security Analyst, you will be tasked with various responsibilities that are essential to our customer trust initiatives.:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand and address the security, compliance, and privacy needs of our customers through audits and questionnaires.;; Develop and implement a comprehensive program that preempts customer security and compliance requirements.;; Acquire subject matter expertise in our product features and infrastructure to ensure effective communication with clients.;; Design and deliver educational materials regarding our security posture to the sales organization.;; Create and manage a range of security and compliance resources, including informative websites, white papers, and FAQs.;; Review and negotiate security clauses in contracts, ensuring they accurately reflect our compliance measures.;; Assist in compliance audits and provide insights into our security practices.
