Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our information technology team. This role involves analyzing complex business processes and gathering requirements from various business units, which may have conflicting needs. The ideal candidate will manage projects and may take on scrum master responsibilities, ensuring that gathered requirements are effectively communicated and executed throughout the development process. The role requires the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment, manage ambiguity, and work with both technical and non-technical teams. The Business Analyst will conduct thorough assessments of current and future business processes to identify technical solutions and perform cost-benefit analyses. They will gather requirements through workshops and sessions, translating them into meaningful epics and user stories. Additionally, the Business Analyst will provide guidance to stakeholders on platform best practices and collaborate with technical leads. Strong documentation and project management skills are essential for tracking issues, risks, and decisions to ensure project success. This position also requires the facilitation of change management and maintaining productive relationships with key internal clients.

The Business Analyst will undertake a variety of responsibilities to ensure effective project management and successful implementation of business solutions.:

Assess current-state and future-state business processes;; Gather requirements through workshops and discovery sessions;; Translate requirements into epics and user stories;; Advise business stakeholders on best practices;; Perform scrum master and project management duties;; Lead agile ceremonies and create project plans;; Report project status across the organization;; Facilitate end-to-end user acceptance testing activities;; Create deployment and cutover plans as needed;; Track issues and risks to resolution;; Maintain project documentation in Confluence/Box;; Facilitate change management activities;; Evaluate the impact of system changes;; Develop and maintain relationships with internal clients
