Job Description:
- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cyber Security Analyst to join our team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enhancing our organization's cybersecurity posture by supporting compliance initiatives and industry-specific certifications. You will work closely with the Cybersecurity Risk Management team and collaborate with cross-functional business leaders to ensure adherence to various cybersecurity frameworks, including ISO 27001, TISAX, and NIST CSF. This position will involve performing risk assessments, coordinating security control implementations, and contributing to the overall improvement of our cybersecurity program. You will also be responsible for developing and tracking key metrics related to compliance and security performance, and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders. Your expertise will be integral to our efforts in achieving and maintaining globally recognized information security certifications, ultimately ensuring the protection of our data and systems.

As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will undertake various responsibilities to ensure compliance and enhance our cybersecurity framework.:
- Act as a subject matter expert for compliance initiatives focused on ISO 27001 and TISAX.;; Conduct detailed assessments of risk information and collaborate with external auditors.;; Support the organization in achieving ISO 27001 certification.;; Develop and report on key metrics for tracking compliance and security program effectiveness.;; Implement and manage compliance strategies that align with industry best practices.
