Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated SAP Business Analyst to join our team in Longview, Texas. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our SAP ERP systems and processes, focusing on both current configurations and the transition to SAP S/4HANA. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and improving existing workflows, monitoring SAP background jobs, troubleshooting system issues, and developing comprehensive training materials. Additionally, you will conduct training sessions to ensure users are well-versed in essential functionalities such as kanban and weeks on hand. This position requires strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to system optimization, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams to resolve any challenges.

As a SAP Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing company operations and guiding the design and implementation of SAP ERP solutions.:

Conduct thorough analysis of company activities and functions to optimize the SAP ERP system.;; Review and test interactions between various systems to enhance data availability and efficiency.;; Configure workflows to ensure seamless integration of SAP ERP with other applications.;; Translate business requirements into effective SAP ERP solutions.;; Investigate and resolve transactional issues within the SAP ERP framework, providing recommendations to department leaders.;; Assist in the transition from the existing SAP ERP system to SAP S/4HANA.
