Job Description:
- Are you looking to advance your career in a dynamic environment? As a Salesforce CRM Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce.com ecosystem. Under the mentorship of our Software Engineering Manager, you will support over one hundred users while driving operational efficiency. This position offers you the chance to demonstrate your expertise in Salesforce administration, implement best practices, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Your responsibilities will include user account management, report generation, and dashboard creation to provide actionable insights. You will also conduct regular audits and prepare for system upgrades, ensuring our Salesforce platform remains robust and secure. You will collaborate closely with marketing teams to manage data feeds and support Pardot campaigns, enhancing our customer engagement strategies. By working with leadership, you will evaluate new plugins and tools, continuously seeking out ways to improve our processes and user experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to create and modify APEX code and CSS, along with training new users to ensure they are well-equipped to utilize Salesforce effectively.

As a Salesforce CRM Administrator, you will be responsible for various crucial tasks that ensure the effective use of our Salesforce system.:
- Manage user accounts, including creation, modification, and deactivation.;; Generate and maintain reports and dashboards to analyze user activity and system performance.;; Conduct regular audits of the Salesforce system to ensure data integrity and compliance.;; Prepare for system upgrades by assessing current configurations and recommending improvements.;; Collaborate with marketing teams to manage data feeds and support Pardot campaigns.;; Evaluate new plug-ins and tools to enhance system capabilities and user experience.;; Create and modify APEX code and CSS to customize Salesforce features.;; Train new users on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
