The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities and be adept at translating complex requirements into effective solutions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients and technical teams, to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and oversee the implementation of Salesforce projects. Your leadership will guide teams in best practices, ensuring adherence to industry standards and methodologies. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
