Job Description:

As an Ops Manager, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities that will leverage your expertise in revenue operations.:
- Design and implement a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) RevOps system focused on direct sales processes within a tight timeline of one week.;; Ensure comprehensive tracking of activities conducted by the sales team, implementing best practices for managing these activities.;; Maintain the cleanliness and reliability of CRM data, establishing robust processes for the creation and management of 'golden records'.;; Work collaboratively with the sales team to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness in achieving sales targets.;; Continuously evaluate and enhance the usage of the CRM system and its integration with other enterprise platforms to ensure seamless operations.

- Demonstrated success in scaling operations from seed to Series A funding.
- Experience in a high-growth tech startup environment, particularly in Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or RevOps.
