Job Description:
- As a Salesforce Change Lead, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and the technical team. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate both virtual and in-person educational sessions aimed at enhancing user proficiency with Salesforce and SiteTracker CRM. You'll serve as the key liaison to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements, ensuring that the Salesforce platform meets the diverse needs of the organization. In addition to leading training initiatives, you will participate in solution design sessions that involve driving out functional requirements and contributing to the overall design of our CRM systems. Your expertise will not only impact the immediate training protocols but also help in shaping the long-term usability and functionality of Salesforce within the company. You will be actively involved in user lifecycle management, troubleshooting, and providing reporting support to maximize user productivity and ensure effective utilization of Salesforce for reporting needs. Your role will also include refining and implementing improvements to the platform, managing project delivery timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote Salesforce adoption throughout the organization. This position requires periodic travel for project-based duties, allowing you to engage directly with teams across various locations.

Your core responsibilities will encompass user training, system configuration, and stakeholder engagement to ensure Salesforce meets business objectives.:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Salesforce and SiteTracker CRM, including the creation of supporting documentation.;; Oversee user lifecycle management, ensuring role-specific access and addressing user support requests.;; Conduct needs analysis with teams to identify training gaps and create tailored training materials.;; Manage the ticket queue for user issues, ensuring prompt resolution of requests.;; Collaborate with various departments to enhance and innovate Salesforce functionalities.;; Drive and lead functional aspects of Salesforce projects, including solution design and project planning.;; Measure the effectiveness of training sessions and adapt content based on user feedback.;; Implement improvements to enhance user experience and engagement with the Salesforce platform.
