Job Description:

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator I to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing the daily operations and enhancements of our customer relationship management (CRM) system and related technologies. You will serve a diverse user base of over 650 individuals across various departments, ensuring that our CRM functions smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise will be vital in handling data-heavy projects and providing technical support. You will also collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to optimize the use of our CRM, facilitating improved data management and reporting capabilities. As a Salesforce Administrator I, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that are crucial for maintaining the integrity and functionality of our CRM system. Your role will encompass both technical support and data analysis, ensuring a seamless experience for all users.:

    Act as a delegated system administrator for Salesforce, managing user access and addressing inquiries related to the system.;; Conduct routine administrative duties such as user maintenance, report generation, and dashboard creation.;; Assist team members in resolving system issues, addressing data discrepancies, and implementing new features based on user feedback.;; Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and manage CRM reports, ensuring the accuracy of outreach lists for the sales force.;; Perform regular audits of data to maintain its cleanliness and reliability, aiding in effective reporting.;; Support efforts in acquiring strategic lists across various sectors, preparing vendor-sourced records for integration into our sales database.;; Provide additional support to the marketing team as needed, including potential assistance with events and marketing software.
