Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce and CRM Administrator who will play a pivotal role in enhancing our engagement strategies and driving growth across our service lines. This individual will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for both customers and internal stakeholders by managing our Customer Relationship Management systems effectively. You will utilize your Salesforce expertise to ensure that our team can leverage data and technology to improve blood health discovery, diagnosis, and treatment. In this role, you will work closely with various teams, guiding customization and integration projects while ensuring that the user experience is at the forefront of all developments. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to improve patient outcomes and support healthcare providers.

As a Salesforce and CRM Administrator, you will lead and manage the Salesforce and HemaConnect systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.:

    Oversee user rights, licenses, and information architecture.;; Conduct stakeholder training and provide ongoing support.;; Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce and HemaConnect.;; Identify user needs and develop solutions to enhance functionality.;; Collaborate on communications strategies and project calendars.;; Generate reports and analyze data in partnership with Marketing Analysts.;; Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
