Job Description:

    We are seeking a motivated Salesforce Administrator I who will take charge of the daily support, maintenance, and enhancement of our CRM system along with other supporting platforms. This role is essential in ensuring that our customer relationship management tools are functioning efficiently while also engaging in data-centric projects that require extensive use of Excel. The ideal candidate will combine technical support abilities with data analysis skills, ensuring clarity and organization within our rapidly evolving CRM environment. You will work closely with multiple departments including Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations, ensuring that the user experience is optimized and that data integrity is maintained across the board.

As a Salesforce Administrator I, you will oversee several key responsibilities that contribute to the overall efficiency of our CRM system and data management processes.:

    Serve as the primary system administrator for Salesforce, supporting over 650 users.;; Manage all basic administrative functions including user maintenance and report generation.;; Assist users with daily inquiries, troubleshoot system bugs, and resolve data discrepancies.;; Collect detailed requests for system enhancements and collaborate with the team for implementation.;; Support sales and marketing teams with data management and report generation activities.;; Conduct regular audits to ensure data cleanliness and accuracy for reporting purposes.;; Assist in acquiring strategic lists to support growth initiatives and prepare data for sales databases.;; Provide support for sales operations related tasks such as data cleansing and record management.
