Job Description:
- Join our dynamic team as an Innovation Designer Intern, where you will play a critical role in shaping the passenger and employee experience at every touchpoint of their journey. This is an incredible opportunity for an undergraduate student passionate about human-centered design to engage in real-world challenges that influence the travel industry. Your mission will be to help develop innovative solutions that prioritize user experience and satisfaction, ensuring that Delta Air Lines continues to lead the market. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create impactful designs that enhance service recovery processes and improve overall customer and employee interactions.

As an intern, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall innovation process, enhancing user experiences for both passengers and employees.:
- Design and refine visual elements across the travel journey;; Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment in project goals;; Utilize data to propose innovative enhancements to products and services;; Work alongside business strategists and engineers to develop comprehensive ideas;; Create wireframes, process maps, and user flows for design concepts;; Prototype experiences using leading-edge tools and techniques;; Conduct benchmarking studies of airline and travel experiences
