Job Description:
- The Data Solutions Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting data initiatives by delivering effective data pipelines, comprehensive reports, and insightful dashboards. This position is responsible for ensuring that the data sourced for these pipelines, reports, and dashboards originates from high-quality data sources. Additionally, the analyst assists in data preparation for team members engaged in analytics, serving as a hands-on data user. They are instrumental in maintaining the integrity of company data through both manual and automated data quality processes, consistently recommending methodologies to enhance data quality and analytical preparation. Moreover, the Data Solutions Analyst gathers and documents business requirements that are essential for strategic data initiatives.

The Data Solutions Analyst is tasked with various responsibilities that ensure data integrity and support business decision-making processes.:
- Deliver ad hoc reports and dashboards based on documented business requirements, maintaining high-quality data and visualization capabilities.;; Support reporting capabilities within a delivery team that provides consultative insights and analysis to business decision-makers.;; Conduct routine quality checks on existing data assets to uphold data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate remediation.;; Manipulate and integrate data from existing products, pipelines, and reports to enhance data value delivery.;; Perform ad hoc data quality checks and manual fixes to support data quality management.;; Comply with information lifecycle management and data governance policies and standards.;; Collaborate with Lead Analysts and Information Architects to provision data from non-standard sources as required.;; Deliver insights and analyses on business performance based on key performance indicators and metrics.
