Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Associate in Quality Assurance to oversee and enhance our manufacturing processes. This role demands a proactive individual who can ensure compliance with industry standards, implement quality control measures, and lead a team in maintaining optimal product quality. You will be responsible for developing and executing quality assurance strategies, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement. Your expertise will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
