Job Description:
- We are searching for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences with the Social Security Administration. The successful candidate will collaborate with a diverse team to deliver innovative service designs and user experiences that are rooted in human-centered design principles. This role will involve conducting thorough research and analysis to inform design decisions, as well as presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proactive and creative thinker with extensive experience in customer experience, user experience, and process improvement. As a UX/UI Designer, you will engage with users and subject matter experts to fully understand their challenges and aspirations. You will be responsible for developing innovative and practical design solutions, effectively communicating your research and design concepts through various visual formats, and collaborating closely with other team members to refine and iterate on product features.:
- Conduct user research and testing to gather insights on user behavior and preferences;; Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to visualize concepts;; Work closely with developers and program managers to implement design solutions;; Document design processes and ensure clarity in communication with stakeholders;; Adapt designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements;; Coordinate user acceptance testing and ensure compliance with industry standards
