Job Description:

As a Construction Project Scheduler, you will play a critical role in maintaining the magic by ensuring that our teams can innovate and push boundaries in construction. In this position, you will be tasked with developing and managing project schedules for various construction programs, while effectively communicating the status of these schedules to project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will be vital in crafting integrated schedules that encompass all relevant disciplines, contractors, and client activities. Collaborating closely with project management teams, you will review and validate contractor baseline schedules, ensuring accuracy in durations, logical dependencies, critical paths, and resource allocations that align with our multi-year facility planning strategy. This role reports to the Scheduling Manager and is essential to the seamless execution of our construction projects.

As a Construction Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks designed to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.:
- Collaborate with project management teams to build and develop project schedules;; Ensure the accuracy of schedule information and provide regular reporting;; Support strategic planning and scheduling sessions with project teams;; Develop construction schedules for moderate-level projects;; Manage and adjust detailed project schedules throughout their duration;; Analyze contractor schedule submissions for detail and completeness;; Evaluate contractor time extension requests and assess the schedule impacts of directives and change orders;; Foster and maintain strong relationships with core team members and clients;; Influence project partners to make informed decisions relevant to their responsibilities
