Job Description:

As a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be instrumental in testing and delivering trading support applications for a world-class Derivatives Exchange. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Production Support inquiries and collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, and Product Management teams. We are seeking a self-motivated professional with a proven track record of delivering high-quality test results in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in analyzing and testing pricing calculation models will be invaluable as you interact frequently with project managers, developers, and product managers to ensure an exceptional product launch experience for our users. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing test cases, understanding business and system requirements, and effectively managing defect tracking. A strong understanding of software testing methodologies, particularly functional, regression, and system testing, is essential for success in this role.

As a QA Analyst, you will be responsible for defining testing strategies and executing comprehensive test cases for both new and existing application features.:
- Review business and functional requirements to create a test strategy and detailed test cases.;; Develop, execute, and maintain test cases for various application features.;; Identify and report bugs, manage the bug triage process, and ensure efficient handling of all issues.;; Provide timely updates to the team regarding testing status and assist in decisions about release readiness.;; Participate in the full software development lifecycle and related quality assurance processes.;; Troubleshoot software and hardware configuration issues as they arise.;; Engage in automation test execution and maintenance of test scripts.;; Identify escalations and conduct root cause analysis for issues encountered.;; Communicate testing plans and progress effectively to ensure alignment within the team.
