Techno-Functional SAP FICO Business Analyst

Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional SAP FICO Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the architecture, setup, configuration, testing, and support of core SAP Finance and Controlling functions. You will work closely with various stakeholders including finance, operations, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective solutions that enhance business processes. Your expertise in SAP FICO and related systems will be essential in driving improvements in financial operations within the packaging and distribution sector. You will also participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring that our systems align with industry best practices and remain current with the latest SAP updates.

As a Techno-Functional SAP FICO Business Analyst, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities aimed at optimizing financial processes within our systems.:

    Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of SAP FI/CO solutions tailored to the packaging and distribution industry.;; Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to understand business needs and identify areas for improvement in financial processes.;; Gather and analyze detailed requirements for SAP FI/CO modules, ensuring alignment with industry-specific needs and best practices.;; Design and configure solutions in SAP Finance and Controlling modules, including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.;; Develop functional specifications for custom developments, reports, interfaces, and workflows specific to packaging and distribution operations.;; Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate complex business needs into technical requirements.;; Ensure seamless integration between FI/CO and other modules like MM, SD, and WM.;; Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on SAP FI/CO best practices and industry standards.;; Conduct user training sessions and develop comprehensive documentation for end-users.;; Stay current with the latest SAP FI/CO updates and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance business processes.
