ERP Integration Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for an Integration Specialist to collaborate with project managers, internal development teams, customers, and third-party consultants. In this role, you will engineer and deploy integration components between our integration layer and clients' existing ERP and shipping systems, ensuring that the integration is tailored to meet unique business requirements and is stable enough for production use. You will also be responsible for providing training to users on integration functionality, managing integration timelines, and ensuring projects stay on track. Your ability to communicate effectively, diagnose issues, and manage customer expectations will be critical to your success in this position.

As an Integration Specialist, you will engage in various key responsibilities that are crucial to the success of our integration processes.:

    Manage integration migration and deployment for client projects.;; Collaborate with customers and third-party consultants to establish data exchange formats.;; Develop and advise on data mapping standards based on customer specifications.;; Ensure timely project delivery by coordinating with Implementation Specialists.;; Provide comprehensive training on the TrueCommerce integration layer to clients.;; Log and resolve issues accurately and promptly.;; Serve as a liaison for customer needs requiring higher-level resource involvement.;; Compile regular status updates on integration projects for stakeholders.
