Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining essential vendor relationships and acting as a liaison for non-IT projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project management processes, ensuring that goals, deadlines, and budgets are met. You will report directly to a project manager or director and will be crucial in supporting the organization’s operational success. Your analytical skills will be vital in reviewing contracts and cost proposals while tracking project budgets and expenditures. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks critical to the success of our operations. Your primary focus will be on maintaining effective communication across business units and managing project documentation and metrics.:

    Perform daily updates to the Labor Information System;; Collaborate with the Dealer Business Center to resolve warranty claims;; Maintain data tables within the SAP system;; Track and escalate IT tickets for issue resolution and enhancements;; Establish effective communication channels for project teams;; Review and analyze contracts and cost proposals;; Create and maintain project structures and documentation;; Monitor project budgets and financial controls;; Perform additional duties as assigned
