SAP HCM / Payroll

Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in Cincinnati, OH, as an SAP HCM / Payroll specialist. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Payroll and Time Management configuration and settings. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of SAP HCM modules and their integration with Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, and Benefits. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements related to Payroll and Time Management and translating them into functional specifications. This position entails providing day-to-day support throughout the entire payroll cycle, starting from initial time entry to payroll processing, general ledger posting, and reporting. Additionally, you will maintain and configure SAP settings for break fixes and enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and serve as the liaison between payroll and HR end-users and developers. Your expertise will also be essential in conducting end-to-end testing, creating training documentation, and delivering training sessions. Collaborating with SAP vendors and internal teams will be crucial to implement solutions and resolve any issues that may arise.

The primary responsibilities include configuring SAP Payroll and Time Management, providing production support, and collaborating with various teams to enhance payroll processes.:

    Configure A/A types, wage types, tax models, and payroll rules.;; Conduct requirement gathering interviews with end users.;; Perform troubleshooting for payroll and time management applications.;; Oversee the payroll process using Payroll Control Center.;; Create training materials and conduct user training sessions.;; Work with SAP and software vendors to implement solutions.
