ERP Integration Specialist

Job Description:

Join our team at TrueCommerce, where you will play a critical role in enhancing supply chain solutions. As an ERP Integration Specialist, you will collaborate with project managers, internal development teams, customers, and third-party consultants to design and implement integration components between our integration layer and the clients' existing ERP and shipping systems. This position is essential for ensuring that our integration layer meets the unique business requirements of each customer while being stable for production use. You will also be responsible for training users on how to effectively utilize the integration functionalities, ensuring a smooth transition and operation.

As an Integration Specialist, you will be tasked with managing the deployment and migration of integration systems, working closely with customers and consultants to ensure data exchange formats are correctly implemented. You will consult and advise on data mapping standards tailored to client specifications and operational needs.:

    Define and implement data exchange formats with customers;; Build and maintain data mapping standards;; Manage integration timelines and project tracking;; Train customers on using the integration layer effectively;; Document and resolve customer issues;; Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams
