Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled SAP Solution Architect with extensive experience in the chemical manufacturing sector to lead our digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in solution design and architecture, with a focus on process-driven environments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop innovative solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with various departments, including IT, operations, and leadership, to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions. The position also involves mentoring junior architects, advocating for cutting-edge technologies, and driving modernization efforts within the organization.

As an SAP Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet our business goals while ensuring scalability and compliance.:

    Develop and document architectural designs that facilitate integration between ERP systems and manufacturing processes;; Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications;; Identify areas for modernization within current processes and propose innovative solutions;; Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices;; Lead project teams in the execution of architectural projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes;; Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
