Join our team as a Project Manager, where you will take the lead in executing various cross-functional projects derived from our Product Intake Funnel. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each project is effectively managed from conception through implementation, adhering to our outlined scope, timelines, and budgetary constraints. You will act as the driving force behind project execution, championing the project process and guiding your team and stakeholders towards achieving the specific objectives of each initiative. In this role, you will leverage the MasterBrand Way tools to coordinate cross-departmental deliverables, including collaboration with channel partners, technical drawing creation, and supply chain management, among other functions. Your oversight will be crucial in enhancing Agile practices and streamlining processes to optimize efficiency and productivity across the board. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the continuous improvement culture we foster within our organization.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful execution and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and stakeholder expectations.:
