Job Description:

Join our dynamic Security Research team as an Intern specializing in Threat Analysis, where you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge Threat Intelligence products. As part of this role, you will engage in rigorous research focused on identifying and analyzing emerging cybersecurity threats. Your work will involve monitoring global attack trends and activity, providing invaluable insights that will inform the creation of our Threat Intelligence offerings. You will be tasked with collecting and analyzing data related to botnets and threat actors involved in Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks. Additionally, you will investigate software vulnerabilities and malware associated with large-scale cyber incidents, playing a vital role in enhancing our cybersecurity defenses. The internship will also require you to build and maintain essential tools and infrastructure for collecting signals from a network of global sensors. You will further develop automation processes to streamline the large-scale collection and processing of data, ensuring our Threat Intelligence products and services are robust and effective.

As an intern, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to threat analysis and intelligence gathering.:

Conduct research into current and emerging cybersecurity threats.;; Monitor and analyze global attack activity to inform Threat Intelligence products.;; Collect, analyze, and track botnets and threat actors associated with global DDoS attacks.;; Investigate software vulnerabilities and malware linked to large-scale DDoS incidents.;; Build and maintain tools for signal collection from global sensors.;; Develop automation for the large-scale collection and processing of threat data.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience with security engineering, malware analysis, or software reverse engineering.
• Working knowledge of Python programming.
• Experience in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining infrastructure in cloud environments.
• Prior knowledge of threat intelligence is advantageous.
• Availability for the internship program from May to August 2025 or June to September 2025.
