Job Description:

We are seeking talented Backend Engineers to join our dynamic engineering team, where you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a robust global infrastructure system. This system powers our innovative 3-sided marketplace, connecting consumers, merchants, and Dashers seamlessly. As a Backend Engineer, you will engage with both product-centric and platform-oriented teams, focusing on solving complex business challenges through elegant technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing large-scale web applications, defining backend architecture, and enhancing the performance, reliability, and security of our systems. You will also contribute to the transition from a monolithic codebase to a microservice architecture, revolutionizing the logistics industry by tackling cutting-edge technical problems. This role offers a hybrid work environment, requiring some in-office attendance while reporting to an Engineering Manager.
