Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of ERP & Reporting to lead our enterprise resource planning initiatives and reporting strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of ERP systems that support our organizational goals. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that the ERP solutions align with business needs and provide actionable insights through comprehensive reporting. This position requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for process improvement and leverage technology to drive efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing ERP projects from conception to execution, ensuring that they deliver measurable results and align with our long-term vision. You will also be tasked with developing and mentoring your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the department.

As the Director of ERP & Reporting, you will have a range of responsibilities that include strategic planning, project management, and team leadership.:
- Lead the development and implementation of ERP strategies that enhance operational efficiency;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and ensure ERP system alignment;; Oversee the creation and maintenance of reports that provide insights into business performance;; Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for ERP software and services;; Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ERP functionality and reporting capabilities
