As an Order Management Analyst, your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, processing orders, managing requests, and resolving issues effectively. You will ensure data integrity and conduct regular reporting and analysis to enhance operational efficiency.:
- Monitor daily operations and departmental reporting focused on incoming orders.;; Collaborate with the order management team to enter, edit, and expedite purchase orders.;; Handle requests related to changes in warehouse operations.;; Address and resolve issues promptly, ensuring all concerns are adequately managed.;; Maintain accuracy in customer account assignments and warehouse fulfillment processes.;; Conduct analysis on open orders, customer requests, and billing issues.;; Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned to third-party teams.;; Regularly audit task execution for SOP compliance.;; Act as the escalation point for unresolved issues, liaising with stakeholders.;; Identify and implement improvements in workflows to enhance efficiency.;; Define and track KPIs to align performance with business objectives.;; Collaborate across departments to tackle cross-functional challenges.
