Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced ERP Program Manager to lead a significant global greenfield implementation of SAP S4/HANA. This pivotal role is integral to our transformation toward digitalization and will require a seasoned professional who can effectively manage and oversee SAP ERP programs. The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Director of Enterprise Applications and will be responsible for coordinating activities among team members across diverse functional areas, as well as managing relationships with system integration partners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make an impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The position involves strategic planning, risk management, governance, and maintaining effective communication across various audiences, including executive stakeholders.

The ERP Program Manager will oversee the complete lifecycle of the ERP implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.:
- Create and maintain the project schedule to ensure all tasks are organized and managed effectively.;; Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members, including business, IT, and system integration partners.;; Engage with stakeholders, including the executive team and functional business teams, to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project goals.;; Manage the governance of the program to ensure it remains on-scope and adheres to established timelines and budgetary limits.;; Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks associated with the project, developing plans to address potential challenges.
