Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ERP (D365) Manager to lead our ERP initiatives within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically in Finance and Operations Supply Chain Modules. This role requires strong leadership and management abilities as you will be responsible for overseeing the support team and ensuring the successful implementation of ERP solutions. Your expertise in conducting end-to-end implementations and system configurations will be vital to optimizing our operations and enhancing overall efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors, developing and executing support policies and procedures to ensure smooth ERP operations. Your ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing will be essential in this role as you convey complex technical information to various stakeholders.

Manage and supervise the ERP support team to ensure effective operations.;; Lead multiple end-to-end ERP implementations, focusing on configuration and optimization.;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ERP strategies with business goals.;; Develop and implement support policies and procedures tailored to ERP functions.;; Ensure system security, backup, and disaster recovery protocols are robust and effective.;; Provide expert support in Finance, Supply Chain, Advanced Warehousing, and Production modules.
