Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst who will take a pivotal role in steering finance-related projects, particularly focusing on an upcoming ERP implementation. This role demands a deep understanding of financial operations including but not limited to general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting. You will work closely with stakeholders to capture and document business requirements, create detailed process diagrams, and develop user stories complete with acceptance criteria to guide our development teams effectively. Acting as a crucial bridge between the business and IT departments, you will facilitate discovery sessions that drive project success. Your responsibilities will also encompass managing quality assurance and user acceptance testing processes, as well as leading change management activities to ensure smooth transitions. Your expertise in ERP platforms like SAP, along with previous experience in ERP transformations, will be highly valued as you collaborate on creating Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and process mapping initiatives. This role starts onsite and offers the flexibility to transition into a hybrid work model following the initial training period.
