Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Program Manager to oversee and manage software implementation projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of ten years of project management experience, particularly in software implementations, and will have worked for a reputable large-scale company. The role involves managing ERP projects at a global scale, preferably with experience in S/4. You will be responsible for leading projects that require full cycle ERP implementations from the client's perspective, ensuring successful deployment across multiple countries. Your ability to coordinate with diverse teams and navigate complex project landscapes will be essential for driving project success. This position demands a high level of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to foster collaborative relationships among stakeholders.

As an ERP Program Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of ERP projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and facilitate feedback throughout the project lifecycle.:
